Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes — we charge a flat planning fee that covers our time and expertise. The fee varies based on the complexity of the trip. We'll always be upfront about costs before we start.
What kinds of trips do you plan?
All kinds. Weekend getaways, two-week international adventures, honeymoons, anniversary trips, solo travel, group trips. If you're going somewhere and want help making it great, we can work with that.
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better — especially for popular destinations or peak travel seasons. That said, we've pulled together last-minute trips too. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do I have to use all your services, or can I just get help with part of my trip?
We're flexible. Some clients want us to handle everything end-to-end. Others just need help with one piece — finding the right hotel, or figuring out what to do for a few days in a city. We'll work with whatever you need.
