Mostly no. A planning fee only comes into play for certain specialized requests — like building out a full activity itinerary when your flights and hotels are already set, coordinating complex multi-city group travel, or trips that rely heavily on Airbnb rentals.

We'll always tell you upfront if a fee applies, and we'll never start work until you've agreed.

All kinds. Weekend getaways, two-week international adventures, honeymoons, anniversary trips, solo travel, group trips, theme park thrills. If you're going somewhere and want help making it great, we can work with that.

The earlier the better — especially for popular destinations or peak travel seasons. That said, we've pulled together last-minute trips too. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

We're flexible. Some clients want us to handle everything end-to-end. Others just need help with one piece — finding the right hotel, or figuring out what to do for a few days in a city. We'll work with whatever you need.

We're based in New Kent County, Virginia — right between Richmond and Williamsburg — but we work with clients all over. Couples, families, solo travelers, small and large groups — really anyone who wants their trip thoughtfully planned and someone genuinely in their corner.
